1. No Refund After Printing

Once an order is approved and printed, it is non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund may be considered only if:

• Product is damaged during delivery.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Major printing defect caused by our production team.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Spelling or design mistakes in approved artwork.
• Minor color variations within industry tolerance.
• Change of mind after production.

4. Refund Process

• Report issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos/videos as proof via WhatsApp or email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Custom design charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
